Producer, Director and Videographer
Emma Koch
Emma has a background in journalism and film. After earning her master’s degree in directing from MET Film School in London, she went on to produce and direct a variety of corporate branded content as well as an award-winning short film.
​
In her free time, you’ll likely find her on a mountain with her dogs. Her dream is to direct a remake of Narnia.

Videographer and Editor
Andreas Kind
Dr. Andreas, a graduate of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, gained clinical experience at the University Hospital Zurich and contributed to medical research through published studies and video projects.

Currently training in cardiology at Charité, he combines clinical work with a passion for medical videography. In his free time, he trains for (half-)marathons, always seeking new challenges in medicine, research, and sports.

Videographer and Editor
Adam Redondo Pearce
Adam is an accredited multimedia broadcast journalist, video technician, and video editor. Over the last five years, Adam has focused on conference reporting and the production of factual, content-rich medical films.

Born and raised in Barcelona, he offers a unique cultural perspective and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan. In his free time, you can find him tinkering with new technologies or refining his low-light photography skills.​

Editor and Financial Manager
Daniel Roberts
Daniel is a skilled videographer and film editor, with experience spanning educational and commercial projects. Alongside his creative expertise, he manages budgets, research, and administrative tasks with precision.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Daniel has a particular love for winter sports and excels in both skiing and snowboarding.

Executive Producer
Steven Walker
Steven holds degrees in medicine, oncology, and education. He has been involved in film commissioning, script development, production, and direction. He enjoys the challenges that come with building new projects: diving into the topic, collaborating with talented filmmakers across different locations, and adding a little extra magic.

When not traveling between the London and Berlin offices, Steven loves live music and theatre.

GP, educator, and researcher
Christine Oesterling
Christine is a busy GP principal in West London, where she is involved in education and providing front-line patient care.
​
She is also a senior researcher at Imperial College London. An author of numerous publications. She has helped us develop great films, both during the planning and writing stages, and by providing practical input on location.
